Our Mission
The mission of the Virginia Electronic Student Information Services association is to promote the effective and efficient use of student data in educational decision making by providing a forum for Virginia school systems and Virginia student information organizations to communicate with state and federal policy makers and federal government agencies responsible for data collection.
Our History
In 2009 a group of individuals throughout school divisions in Virginia saw a need for energetic, nonprofit work in the area of student information data, reporting, and services. From this, Virginia Electronic Student Information Services (VESIS for short) was founded. VESIS was formed to provide sensible solutions and networking opportunities in all areas of student data and reporting.
We have consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community. Thank you for your support!
